The following terms/& policies are applicable for each order purchased through this website and by agreeing to these terms you confirm your understanding of each policy thereof:

 

1) You agree that you have used the measuring charts provided on this site to determine the proper size prior to ordering. 

 

2) You agree that when measuring and in between sizes you have been advised by ComfyChemo® LLC to order the larger of two sizes in order to provide the best fit and comfort for each shirt.

 

3) You agree that you have read and fully understand the Shipping Policy 

 

4) You agree that you have read and fully understand the Privacy Policy  

 

5) You agree that you have read and fully understand the Returns Policy 

 

6) You understand that stuffed animals are not meant for children under the age of 3 years old as some pieces could be considered a choking hazard. Small children should be supervised with play. You understand and agree to that any infection control precautions you would take when buying a store bought stuffed animal or products should also be taken when receiving one of our stuffed animals or products.

 

Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, service marks and trade names (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed on the Web Site or on content available through the Web Site are our registered Trademarks and others and may not be used in connection with products and/or services that are not related to, associated with, or sponsored by their rights holders that are likely to cause customer confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits their rights holders.  Nothing contained on the Web Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Web Site.
